CABACS New RCA and Certified Bookkeepers

The College of Accountancy, Business Administration, and Computer Studies celebrate the passers of the recently concluded international examination for Registered Cost Accountant and Certified Bookkeepers held Aprill 22 of this year.

The RCA passers have undergone a part of a graduate program offered by Certified Management Accountants. This consists of 8 units undertaken via two stages of study. The Registered Cost Accountant (RCA) program consists of the CAT Program plus Stage 2 of the GMA Program.

The passers for RCA are Lemuel Alexis C. Bautista, Bernadette R. Cruz, Christian Colin V. Cruz, John Victor Elias, Valenne Anne U. Estabillo, Myma I. Gementiza, Marionito Vergel R. Palle, John E. Remollena, Diane Zevedy P. Santos, Jenny Grace C. Sy, and Nick Lorenz P. Tejada. Bautista, Christian Colin Cruz, and Estabillo passed with High Distinction.

The passers for Certified Bookkeepers are Nicole Louise N. Balais, Charisse Abegail T. Estrella, and Donna May C. Montalvo. As Certified Bookkeepers, they then become qualified to fulfil a range of roles that include general bookkeeping and accounts department work; managing purchase & sales ledger; and handling reconciliations, trial balances, VAT returns, and cashflow forecasts. They may also qualify in managing Payroll, Self Assessment Tax Returns, Final Accounts, Budgeting and Management Accounts.

With these achivements, CABACS once again proved its commitment to hone its students to become Sebstinian Pride.
