CSNT-R at 41: Quo Vadis?

Last January 17-19, 2012, Colegio San Nicolas de Tolentino-Recoletos celebrated its founding anniversary with the theme “CSNT-R @ 41: Quo Vadis?” It was a three-day celebration with various activities prepared by the school.quo1

January 16, Monday, CSNT-R launched the anniversary jingle “Quo Vadis” performed by the Coro de San Nicolas. Lyrics of the jingle were written by CSNT-R school director and principal Rev.Fr. Jose Ernil Almayo, OAR, and musically arranged by Rev. Fr. Leo G. Alaras, OAR, CSNT-R school treasurer.

The next day, January 17, the celebration was formally opened by Rev.Fr. Jose Ernil Almayo, OAR. A foot parade followed the opening rites participated by the CSNT-R community. After the parade and a short break, a votive mass in honor of St. Nicholas was celebrated. Rev. Fr. Amadeo Lucero, OAR was the main celebrant. In the afternoon, spearheaded by Ms. Melanie Dorimon and Ms. Cherry Ann Logares, parlor games were cheerfully participated by elementary and high school students. After the fun games, the talent show “CSNT-R GOT TALENT”, which was the highlight of the day, followed.
