Extending the Coffee Shop is a Commercial Kitchen where students are trained to exhibit food preparation for bigger orders or requirements. The kitchen houses utencils, stainless furnishings and vital kitchen appliances that are of “industry standard”. This area situates the students in a large restaurant and hotel kitchen settings where they master the skill of food preparation and perfection.
