Last October 24 to 28, Colegio San Nicolas de Tolentino – Recoletos held its House Cup 2011. With the firm belief on the positive contribution of solemn rites to the success of any celebration, the “Holy Sacrifice of the Mass” commenced the grand opening of House Cup 2011. The afternoon activities kicked off with a grand parade of the pupils, students, administrators, faculty and staff of CSNT-R embellished by the fantasy floats of the muses and escorts of the elementary and high school departments. The Search for Little Mr. and Ms. Movie Fantasy (Grade School), Mr. and Ms. Movie Fantasy (High School), Mass Dance Competition (Grade School) and Cheer Dance Contest (High School) became the highlight activity of the opening day. In the search for Little Mr. and Ms. Movie Fantasy of the grade school, escort Jethro Maravilla and muse Jenna Mae Kuhn of the yellow team got the first place. In the Mr. and Ms. Movie Fantasy of the high school, Agnes Villasoto and Jason Magallanes of the seniors won the first place. For the much-awaited competitions, blue team bagged the first place in the mass dance competition while the seniors got declared as champion in the cheer dance contest.
