Property Office


The Property Administrator’s Office is responsible for planning, organizing, controlling and evaluating activities related to the control of inventory and physical movement of properties, supplies and equipment of the school.

Manage and schedules the over-all maintenance and usability of the school’s facilities and vehicles in order to support various activities of the school.

Establishes a system for the proper handling of requisitions; releases school supplies upon receipt of requisitions duly signed by the officer concerned; scrutinize large or unusual requisitions for special study and consideration. All requisitions that are deemed priority and in the accordance with the school’s needs are being coordinated to the VP-Finance offices that are sizable non-budgeted acquisitions, improvements or capital expenditures.

Conducts periodic checks on the price and quality of materials, reliability of suppliers, new or better products, etc., in order to discover possible defects and minimize expenses. Solicits and checks inventories from the different offices.
