Office of the Registrar

The Office of the Registrar is an academic support unit of the college and the hub of academic records of all students from their admission until graduation.

The office services online enlistment and enrolment of students whose academic performance and status are monitored closely to ensure their retention in the College until they earn their respective degrees.

The office preserves the confidentiality of student records and information in accordance to education law.  As it aims services towards academic standards management and quality services of the College.

 

Services:

Office electronic services are supported by our EDP department that helps facilitate smooth online enlistment and enrollment by students, access grades by students and parents, and timely delivery of student and services of faculty.

Daily transactions and requests from here and abroad which are received thru email, by phone or filed personally by our graduates are attended to in accordance with the standard operating procedures of this office.

Registrar’s office preserves the confidentiality of school records and are implemented based on CHED’ Morphe or Manual of regulations for Private Higher Education 2008.

 

Office hours:

The Office of the Registrar opens at 8:00 a.m. and closes at 5:00 p.m. during Monday-Friday and Saturday 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon only.

 

Request of school records:

Request of school records must be done personally or by an authorized representative.  Special power of Attorney and/or authorization letter with copy of identification cards of applicant and representative are needed.

Academic records is a confidential document.  It cannot be sent thru fax or by e-mail.  The signature of the owner of records is required.

All students currently enrolled in the college may enjoy the privilege of securing certification of enrolment anytime during academic year.  They may request for a copy or copies of their temporary school records issued for evaluation purposes.  Academic records are issued only to graduate of this college and to any institution or company for the purpose of employment, continuance of studies or for further studies.

Foreign Student Unit:

The establishment of the Foreign Student Unit in this college is complying the rules prescribed by the Immigration Memorandum Circular No SBM-2015-007-Prescribing the comprehensive student visa under section 9(F) of  the Commonwealth Act no. 613, as amended, in relation to Executive Order No. 285, series of 2000.

  1. Issuance of student visa 9(F) for college foreign students above 18 years old.
  2. Issuance of Special Study Permit for foreign students for ESL, elementary student, JHS, SHS, College below 18years old.
  3. Extension of tourist visa.

Every department will monitor the updates of their visas and academic status.

Acceptance fee for foreigner:

Upon admission the foreign student must pay P5,000 as an acceptance fee.
