Rev. Fr. Henry H. Santiago, OAR The Office of the Vice President for Administration:

1.) ensures that the support services of the academic institution are properly managed, effective and cost-efficient;

2.) conducts regular work performance evaluation of the office, maintenance, janitorial and security personnel;

3.) submits to the School Board short and long-term plans in line with the institutional plan pertaining to his office;

4.) sees to it that policies and guidelines are duly observed by the employees in the school campus;

5.) makes immediate representation of School Board before the employee’s body;

6.) attends more closely to the needs and development of the employees;

7.) informs regularly the School Board through the president on matters affecting the employees, maintenance, security and other pertinent matters;

8.) establishes rules and implementing guidelines in relation to the service agencies contracted for specific jobs in the institution; and

9.) performs other functions or tasks as may be assigned or delegated by the President/School Board.
