The Human Resource Development Center (HRDC) serves as an implementing arm of the institution in its aim of promoting Catholic Christian education through the support of human resources who are not just competitive and high-performing but also ethical and values-oriented. The HR also commits to support the holistic development of human resources while it seeks to promote an environment of highly-engaged, flexible and dynamic individuals ready to respond to organizational changes, as needed.
