Description
The programs of the College are accredited by Philippine Accrediting Association of Schools, Colleges and Universities, a third party accrediting bodies that measures the quality not only of the Instruction and Faculty but also includes other areas of concern such as Facilities, Laboratories, Student Services, Community Involvement and Administration. Graduates from an accredited programs and/or institutions indicates that they are expected to be ready to practice at a certain level. The Business Administration programs enjoys a Level 3 status while the Accountancy program enjoys a Candidate status.
Program Learning Outcomes
The program in Accountancy aims to:
- Report on the validity / usefulness / correctness / compliance of financial data and system to established principles, policies, procedures, guidelines and/or legislation;
- Recommend measures to discrepancies in the financial data and system against established policies, procedures, guidelines, agreements and/or legislation;
- Make holistic evidence-based strategic financial management decisions consistent with the vision, strategy, objectives and culture of an organization;
- Report audit findings in the context of best practices and current developments;
- Propose favorable tax solutions within the legal standards, and
- Plan implement and evaluate educational and training programs in the field of accountancy.
