Description
The programs of the College are accredited by Philippine Accrediting Association of Schools, Colleges and Universities, a third party accrediting bodies that measures the quality not only of the Instruction and Faculty but also includes other areas of concern such as Facilities, Laboratories, Student Services, Community Involvement and Administration. Graduates from an accredited programs and/or institutions indicates that they are expected to be ready to practice at a certain level. The Business Administration programs enjoys a Level 3 status while the Accountancy program enjoys a Candidate status.
Program Learning Outcomes
This program on Human Resource Development Management aims to:
- Apply strategic Human Resource Development Management tools in the formulation of corporate and functional strategies;
- Comprehend the relevance of manpower planning and development in the growth of the employees and the company in general;
- Apply principles and processes used in employment, employee development, compensation and benefits;
- Develop the ability to access, retrieve and disseminate Human Resource information using Information Technology
- Assess manpower needs and training required by different employees of the company;
- Conduct SWOT analysis and industry assessment;
- Demonstrate leadership qualities, civic mindedness and responsible citizenship, and
- Develop the knowledge, skills and capabilities required to work and manage across culture.
