As an Augustinian Recollect Institution, our philosophy of education is based on the Augustinian belief that the person should first be developed integrally. Our goal is to make knowledge as structure of wisdom, and that this search for knowledge (SCIENTIA) should lead us to the exercise of love (CARITAS).
Grade School
It offers an elementary program that has consistently earned the stamp of approval of the Philippine Accrediting Association of Schools, Colleges and Universities (PAASCU), an established accrediting institution in the country.
Junior High School
Formerly, the High School Department of SSC-R, Manila was an exclusive school for male students then in 1986, it began to admit the female students. It made SSC-R, Manila completely co-educational in all departments.
Senior High School
The Senior High School (SHS) program of SSC-R Manila offers two additional two (2) years (Grades 11 and 12) in compliance with the K to 12 program of the Department of Education (DepEd) and in order to address the need to academically prepare students to be ready to meet the demands of the local and global communities.

ETEEAP
For more than a year of operation since school year 2010, the two-storey constructed SSC-R, MANILA ETEEAP Center continuously provides a venue for the Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program (ETEEAP) applicants and candidates to enroll in the different programs offered.
