As the new school year opens, the public schools’ program of “Brigada Eskwela sa Paghahanda” is once again on the go. For this year’s theme “Tugon sa Hamon na Ligtas na Balik-aral”, the Department of Education (DepEd) has invited the private schools and civic sectors as well to share their resources to public schools as they prepare for the opening of the school year 2022-2023.
San Sebastian College – Recoletos, Manila has passed the school health and safety inspection conducted by the City Government of Manila, marking another milestone towards the anticipated return to face-to-face classes. This means SSC-R Manila is compliant with the local government’s health and safety regulations and is approved to conduct face-to-face classes.
A virtual ceremony for the Service Awards 2022 was preferred by the majority of the awardees through a survey conducted. The awardees were presented to the school community through a video streamed via Stags, the official Facebook page of San Sebastian College-Recoletos Manila on March 30, 2:30 p.m.
On March 29, 2022, second day of the 81st Foundation Day Celebration, at least 30 volunteers from San Sebastinian College-Recoletos Manila (SSC-R) visited the Livelihood Education and Rehabilitation Center (LERC), in Brgy. Malaria, North Caloocan City.

On January 28, 2022, San Sebastian College-Recoletos Manila (SSC-R) signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Philippine Study Abroad Consultants, Inc. (PSACI) to market its Master and Ph.D. programs to foreign students.
