An ADHOC Committee was created to facilitate and plan out the Turnover Ceremony and Installation of the new SSC-R President and Religious Administrators. The committee had a meeting last Monday, June 22, 3:00 pm at the President’s Conference room. The meeting was well attended by the members of the ad hoc committee.
The committee felt grateful for the guidance of two religious administrators namely Rev. Fr. Gideon Antolin U. Lagrimas, OAR, who will take charge of the committee on the liturgical aspect of the event and Rev. Fr. Emeterio D. Buñao, OAR, the honorary chairperson of the entire committee.
Before proceeding with the discussion of what has to be done for the upcoming event, a review of the evaluation of the Turnover Ceremony and Installation of 2012 was made. Dr. Ponce said that there was really no formal evaluation conducted; however, the ad hoc committee of the Turnover Ceremony and Installation of 2012 still made an evaluation by gathering feedback from its members. The current ad hoc committee then reviewed the evaluation to know the strengths and weaknesses of that 2012 event. A discussion of the working paper on the preparation for the Installation rites for Fr. Tolentin and current religious administrators were then conducted.
The Turnover Ceremony and Installation of the new SSC-R President and Religious Administrators for the triennium, Academic Years 2015-2016, 2016-2017 and 2017-2018 is slated on July 8, 3:00-5:00 PM at the Bulwagang Diego Cera.
