At the heart of SSC-R Manila’s Mission is its commitment to providing Catholic Recollect Sebastinian education, which signifies a system deeply rooted in the teachings of the Catholic Church and the Augustinian Recollect values. Such a system would emphasize the development of the whole person while focusing on community life, interiority, and service to provide a strong foundation for nurturing individuals to become academically competent, grounded in faith, and dedicated to serving others.

Grade School
It offers an elementary program that has consistently earned the stamp of approval of the Philippine Accrediting Association of Schools, Colleges and Universities (PAASCU), an established accrediting institution in the country.
Junior High School
Formerly, the High School Department of SSC-R, Manila was an exclusive school for male students then in 1986, it began to admit the female students. It made SSC-R, Manila completely co-educational in all departments.
Senior High School
The Senior High School (SHS) program of SSC-R Manila offers two additional two (2) years (Grades 11 and 12) in compliance with the K to 12 program of the Department of Education (DepEd) and in order to address the need to academically prepare students to be ready to meet the demands of the local and global communities.
College of Law
Being the academic base of our nation’s best Bar Review lecturers and book authors, San Sebastian College of Law consistently aims for academic excellence.

ETEEAP
For more than a year of operation since school year 2010, the two-storey constructed SSC-R, MANILA ETEEAP Center continuously provides a venue for the Expanded Tertiary Education Equivalency and Accreditation Program (ETEEAP) applicants and candidates to enroll in the different programs offered.
